Programme Design

I can write you 6 week programmes for training when you are not with me. This will apply to people mainly wanting to train 1:1 with me as these people won’t be seeing me weekly. In these programmes it will explain what you need to train, and how. This will include drills to help realign your body so that it works at optimum efficiency, and moves as 1 piece. The programme will be detailed and specific to you. If you follow this programme you will benefit, you will become bigger, faster, stronger, and become more of a threat in your chosen sport then you ever have been. N.B if you train with me on a regular basis all this will be included in our own training.
